Great web camera with a nice clear picture this is a surf point that only turns on Typhoon swells. Also if you're into windsurfing this beach is home to a large club. In Summer time its party central with temporary beach houses with BBQs and good tunes - a cool place to hang out and watch babes in bikinis and boys with tans, whatever your thing.....

This is one of our favorite breaks amongst the SIJ surf Team, if you surf here please respect the local crew that live in the area. They are probabley one of the nicest groups in Japan, and if you surf well and play nice you can get some pretty epic conditions. Play Bad and you will be told where to go!!

This super famous little reef point in Okinawa has a few daily photo sites but this is for sure one of the best out there, the owner takes at least 2 daily photos both high res , to give us and you a look into what the daily conditions are, this place does not get to good to often but when it does its tube city and broken boards everywhere. Of the corner end of this very long beach, what ever size wave it shows in these pics it can sometimes be twice as big at the other end of the beach almost 4kms away. We love having this camera on this beach as it can be really good on its day with clear warm water.
This site is owned and operated by a local Sea Kayaker in Izu , he takes 2 or 3 daily photos of the beaches towards the bottom of Izu which happen to be some of the most stunning beaches you will find.
Well worth a look daily. Ah the Beach Life!!

This camera is on top of Shokusai Inn and Hotel directly behind the main beach and gives
wonderful views with a nice clear picture, this beach gets really busy in the summer and you can often see all the cars driving up and down the beach. Great way to check current conditions in the area.

This camera located high on top of a building gives a great view of this great surfing area which is part
of this famous stretch of coast line. Famous for it river mouth break. The camera is located just to the right of the river mouth but gives a good indication of the current conditions in the area.

This camera is attached to the side of a large city office owned and run hotel.
Running 24 hrs a day with a nice big image great sunrises in the morning and a great way to check the surfing
conditions on this piece of coast.

A local hotel has this camera mounted on its side and takes great pictures every 5 seconds
all day and night. A little far away but you are still able to see the surf and get a general idea of the size of waves

This camera is on the side of the Marine Center This beach has Kidney shaped Groins along it and has endless amounts of sandbars, a great place t surf as pics up more swell than most, The camera takes pictures every 10 minutes and it is regularly cleaned as well.

Wada is an amazing stretch of coastline towards the bottom of Chiba , this camera is up there as one of our favorites , high up on a building overlooking the whole coast line. A very easy way to check what is going on in the bottom half of surfing central Japan.

This camera is placed on the side of a rental villa on top of a hill over looking Izu bay,
On a clear day you can even see one of the islands "Oshima"
Good for a quick glance of what the ocean is doing and spectacular sunrise and sunsets.
