Summary of the month : September started of slow with the doldrums of summer continuing through the first half, but the there was a hint of excitement when we heard about a Typhoon forming out in the Pacific.

When it arrived the Surf season arrived with it. The team had a few other days out as well. After the Typhoon had been through the winds seem to switch into their Autumn pattern out of the North bringing the swells as well.

Best memories of the month:

1. Surfing 3 days of Typhoon Malakas in Chiba unbelievable size and some of the best waves we have ever had in Japan

2. A great day out at Onuki with friends riding long boards and hanging ten all morning.

3. One of our Team riders getting his new board and finally being able to ride it in good waves

4. A team outing to the Tschuria Fire work display in Ibaraki after a great morning session at Kujigawa.

Biggest Wave Ridden:

A 12 ft face monster at a secret spot in Chiba / and a 10ft monster at Malibu in Katsura .
